You need a flat, paved, or concrete area that spacious enough to weigh both your car and caravan while hitched. This space will provide the stability and convenience we require to perform our job effectively. It's essential for ensuring accurate measurements and maintaining efficiency in our work! If you do not have enough room at home a nearby carpark will be fine.
VEHICLE AND VAN LOADED
To ensure accurate calculations and a smooth experience, it's important that your van and vehicle are fully loaded as you would be during travel. This means having the water tanks filled, the fuel tank full, and ideally, all passengers present in the vehicle if possible. This will help us confirm correct Gross Combination Mass (GCM) once the job is complete.

To provide you with the best service possible, we kindly ask for the make, model, and year of your vehicle. Additionally, please let us know if there are any GVM or ATM upgrades or modifications. This information helps us ensure that we know exactly what your vehicle and caravan are capable of.
